Customer Experience in Everyday Life

Customer experiences, whether free or paid, can truly change how someone views art, product, service, life.
Last night I went to see “Sinners” in IMAX 70mm. Did you know there’s only 30 IMAX locations worldwide, and 19 are in the US? I’m pretty lucky to live in a time where film is accessible to us to enjoy, even more so that I have 1 of those 19 IMAX 70mm theatres in the city I live in.
I will not be giving any spoilers for the movie, but the music scored by the immensely talented Ludwig Göransson is such a delight to the ear throughout the entire film. Ryan Coogler does a superb job, which even that is an understatement, in telling the story he wanted to tell.
In today’s market allowing creatives to OWN 100% their art, share it with the world, and generate revenue from said art, is such a challenge. The cast does not hold back in presenting the story Ryan wanted to tell. Incorporating cinematography choices that blended really well with a score that doesn’t leave you, even after you go home. They even gave us physical prints of the movie, which I wasn’t expecting, but I’m a big fan of collecting physical media.
These are the kind of experiences that your customers are looking for. While perhaps you’re not delivering a movie, that I believe will compete for “Film of the Year” for 2025, you’re delivering products and services that you’re hoping they will run to tell others about.
I’m not getting paid to promote the movie, word of mouth however, what’s the price on that?
Would you like to level up your customer support & success to leave your customers happy, increase your CSAT, and drive revenue? Let’s connect and see how we can deliver those customer experiences they are looking for.
